IT Support Internship
This internship position consists of providing technical support for in–house brokers, customer service, customer relations management representatives, new accounts, marketing, accounting, and support personnel. Responsibilities include new PC setup and maintenance including hardware and software installations and troubleshooting; occasional assistance with Windows server installation, setup, and routine maintenance; and inter–office moves. Additionally, development projects will be assigned on an ad–hoc basis based on the individual strengths and interests of the intern.
This is a paid internship; applicants must be able to work at least 20 hours a week. Actual work hours are very flexible and can be worked any time during the work day between the hours of 8am — 5pm.
